You may request access to your medical records in writing. Fees may apply for the retrieval and provision of records.
Complaints
If you have a complaint about the way we handle your personal information, please contact the clinic in writing. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate your complaint to the Australian Information Commissioner.
